  • Hemoglobin, complete blood count
  • Platelet count to be repeated every 2-3 days to see the rising trend (Thrombocytosis)
  • ESR, CRP, ASO
  • Sodium, Potassium
  • Liver function test; bilirubin, albumin, SGPT, SGOT
  • Trop I, CKMB, Pro BNP
  • NS1 antigen and dengue IgM, IgG serology, if fever persist for > 5-days with profound Thrombocytopenia detects
  • Serum Ferritin
  • Total Cholesterol
  • Procalcitonin, D-Dimer
  • SARS Co V2-RTPCR if necessary
  • Urine routine RE specially for Pus cells
  • Non invasive tests; Ultrasound abdomen, ECG
  • Echocardiogram (5-7days); Coronary artery evaluation and Evidence of myocarditis, pericardial effusion valvulitis, Systolic Function
