- Hemoglobin, complete blood count
- Platelet count to be repeated every 2-3 days to see the rising trend (Thrombocytosis)
- ESR, CRP, ASO
- Sodium, Potassium
- Liver function test; bilirubin, albumin, SGPT, SGOT
- Trop I, CKMB, Pro BNP
- NS1 antigen and dengue IgM, IgG serology, if fever persist for > 5-days with profound Thrombocytopenia detects
- Serum Ferritin
- Total Cholesterol
- Procalcitonin, D-Dimer
- SARS Co V2-RTPCR if necessary
- Urine routine RE specially for Pus cells
- Non invasive tests; Ultrasound abdomen, ECG
- Echocardiogram (5-7days); Coronary artery evaluation and Evidence of myocarditis, pericardial effusion valvulitis, Systolic Function
